MAXIBERN DIGITAL REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY 

The statements below outline our refund policies for our various products. Where the refund policy is not stated for a particular product or services offered by Maxibern Digital, the details may be spelled out to you in words or written form, should it be necessary; either than that, that product or service has no refund. 

This is a policy that governs how Maxibern Digital (Herein referred to as “Us”, “We” or “Our”) handles refund of payments made by any person or entity engaging the service(s) or buying product(s) from Maxibern Digital (herein referred to as “You” or “Your”). 

  • Web Design & Development: 

All payments made for our web design by you is final. No refund will be issued unless we are unable to deliver from our end. In an event where we are not able to fulfill our end of the agreement, such as but not limited to, failure to deliver the said products/services to you or unable to honor your request, We will provide a full refund for the amount charged for the Website design/development, except in a case where domain registration and/or hosting is involved, in which case a refund of your payment will be issued after deducting the cost of domain registration and/or hosting. All processing expenses will be deducted from your payment. 

  • Graphic Design: 

Payments for graphic design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Maxibern Digital and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. 

  • Photography: 

Payments for photography projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Maxibern Digital and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. 

  • Mobile App Development: 

Payments for Mobile App Development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Maxibern Digital and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. 

  • Bulk SMS: 

Payments for Bulk SMS projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Maxibern Digital and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. 

  • Digital Marketing 

Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Social Media Optimization services are non-refundable, and Maxibern Digital do not issue pro-rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non- refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Maxibern Digital in initiating services. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Maxibern Digital and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. 

  • Chargebacks: 

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

  • Refund Period:

Kindly take note that refunds mostly takes between 15 to 30 days after your request. Kindly call our helpline 0302940291 if you need any assistance.

Maxibern reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded. 

In a case where you wish to request for a refund for payment made to us, you are required to write a refund request email and e-mail it to info@maxiberndigital.net not later than 30 days after the payment is made.
